Diode wire for JSB Haylex 12 volt Hydraulic pump. Fits our hay bale spear pump FTA0071 and FTA0665 pumps plus other 12 volt pump using a diode wire.

• Note: This wire only works in one direction because the diode is a 1 way valve for electricity. Ends on this wire have terminals sized to fit only one way on the coil and solenoid.

On my hydraulic units there are 2 control wires coming from the remote switch. one goes to the black coil and one to the silver solenoid. Diode wire is a one way valve for electricity The diode wire is attached to the control terminal on the silver solenoid and the control terminal in the black coil. and is set to block current from the silver solenoid to the black coil but let it flow from the black coil to the silver solenoid The way this works is: Activate the power to the little (control terminal)on the silver solenoid and the pump starts. diode wire blocks current flow to the black coil letting the hydraulic cartridge remain in closed position. Pump pumps one direction 2. When the black coil is activated it switches the hydraulic cartridge and the diode wire allow current to flow to the silver solenoid which starts the pump and it now pump pumps the other direction.The motor runs one direction only.
